    1329 Chester Road Raleigh, North Carolina - Wade
    The trash can in the grassy area right at this intersection has been overflowing with trash for at least a week. Luckily there doesn't seem to be too many people who use it, but there are now some trash bags on the ground next to the bin. I'm not sure how often this can gets emptied, but it hasn't been emptied in at least a few weeks, and I didn't know who I should notify to get it taken care of.

    I'm not sure if this is something that can be removed or not, but I saw this graffiti on a voltage sensor this morning. There's a code on the top, that looks like L5TJ86 (but I didn't get a great picture so that may be incorrect).
  • Oberlin And Chester Raleigh, NC - Wade
    It seems like there should be a crosswalk installed at Oberlin and Chester, or at least nearby that location. There is a bus stop on each side of the street, and a pediatrician's office on this corner. I've seen people crossing in front of the pediatrician's office, and the nearest crosswalks are the Wade Ave ramps (which aren't always safe, on their own) and at Oberlin and Dover (which is just under 0.5 miles away from this intersection. I'm not sure if this is something that can be addressed, but it seems like there's a lot of pedestrian traffic in that area, and there aren't a lot of safe options to choose from.
