    Many times (this was the most recent) the signal timing for traffic heading east on Dam Neck Road becomes so short the through lanes only have a green light for ~7 seconds, leading to backups. Often it seems like this happens after an ambulance or other emergency vehicle has preempted the light. Thank you.
