The property isn't being maintained. There are weeds growing in the front yard and back yard of this house. It's becoming to a point where pedestrians are now using the front yard as a place to throw their garbage. Please have this property cleaned as soon as possible.

The squatter has returned, and has been seen sleeping in the backyard of this abandoned property. He's utilizing the next door neighbor's yard to store his personal belongings (mattress, clothes) so that it's not apparent that he's staying there. Police have been called several times, but by the time they arrive, he's gone. As long as there's an opening, he's going to continue to come back. Can the entrance to the backyard be sealed, and his personal items be dumped?

This house has been abandoned for months now. The previous owners are not maintaining the property. There are weeds growing in the back and front of the yard. There is also a large tree limb that has fallen in the back of the yard, as a result of a previous storm. This residence really needs to be cleaned up. We're starting to see rodents in our home.
