The water feature/spray park in the Gannett-Warren Pals Park has not been turned on. All of the other nearby parks have their water features on, we've noticed. Please turn this on for the neighborhood kids - without the water on, teens drink and people smoke weed on the benches out there, and drunk people sleep and urinate there during the day. Thank you!
