Pot hole formed in alley and gets worse with each rain.

Furniture left in alley.

Daily noise disturbance in violation of the city noise ordinance. The free clinic opens their large, screeching, rolling warehouse door daily in the 6am hour. Also, they use a load a forklift a pallet jack in the 6am hour on a daily basis. Although the reverse signal is turned off on the forklift, this machinery makes loud noises that echo loudly while driving in and out of the warehouse early in the morning. This is a non-construction noise disturbance.

I was told that the free clinic has a permit to operate this early. I want to dispute this permit as its a daily disruption of peace. As a resident, I didn’t receive notice of any exemption/waiver.

This location has junk in the alley constantly. It is an eyesore. Members of our neighborhood report on this issue regularly, yet nothing is done about it. Please have this junk picked up and address this ongoing problem!

332 Lang Ct N is missing their trash can. They have to use 330 Lang Ct N, units 1 and 2's trash cans. Please provide 332 Lang Ct N with their separate trash can. Thank you

Tree limbs and brush from hurricane Irma still not picked up. It's been 2 months. We received a response that it will be picked up weeks ago. However, other piles in the surrounding areas were cleared, but our pile remains. Please come and check our location. Please remove this large pile ASAP. Unfortunately, our area tends to be forgotten. Thank you

Dumpster is left open allowing dumpster divers to litter our community. Several requests to lock the dumpster have been ignored.

The St. Petersburg Free Clinic regularly leaves their dumpster unlocked. This attracts dumpster divers and the homeless who spread the trash around and hang out causing a public nuisance, litter and discard, soiled clothing. This consistently undermines the appearance of our neighborhood and all improvements we try to make. Many requests have been made to the Clinic in the past to lock their dumpster with no success. Please assist.

There is erosion at the north end of this alley, located at 4th Avenue North and Lang Ct N. this is a dip that needs to be smoother. Also, there is mound halfway down this alley on the west side where the fence jets out. It seems that the dirt was pushed in this corner the last time the alley was resurfaced.

It has been confirmed that the fence at this address is indeed well over its property line. In fact, the fence is approximately 6 feet beyond the property line. Lang Ct N alley should be 15 feet wide according to original Plat drawings. I have submitted this complaint previously and it was dismissed due to the alley meeting minimum "alley width" requirements, which is irrelevant, or that this address has a zero lot line. This address' property line ends with the southeast corner of the building and has no right to have have a fence that crosses the property line narrowing the alley. Please move forward with having this fence removed. This issue needs to be addressed and should not be ignored.

This is a regular dumping area for large items (i.e. Furniture). Pluses the dumpster is in the alley blocking egress.

Note: this was reported previously. I am reporting again due to insufficient reason for dismissing the initial report. This building has a fence that is NOT on and supersedes their property line. Please explain in detail why this building is allowed to take up a portion of the alley limiting ingress and egress for the neighborhood of Lang's historic Bungalow court.

The Saint Petersburg Free Clinic parks their trucks too close to the residence building of 330 Lang Ct. N. There should be at least a 5 feet easement. Currently there is less than 1foot between the trucks and the building.
