There is, what sounds like a large dog that barks and moans and howls all day long somewhat nearby. I cannot tell from where it comes-just the direction. It's been going on for at least a month if not longer. Is there anything that I can do when I don't know where it is coming from? I'll list my street address below. There's a construction business on Day Rd near 305. That's the only place I can think of that it could be coming from. My number is 206-407-3835. Thank you. Effie
