    Tree that was here was removed some 5-6 years ago; was told at that time city would return to correct sidewalk.
    City has spray painted orange twice ( I would guess to mark where fixe needs to be done). Last spray ws over a year ago.

    Enough with the spraying, this sidewalk is elevated enough to cause some damage to walkers.
