The unmarked/unpainted island street divider at the merge of Rt 63 and Rt 69 is a death waiting to happen.
I have observed several near missed collisions when vehicles at the last moment, especially at night , swerve to avoid collision with the unpainted divider. I have also observed drivers who were not so lucky and actually hit the unpainted divider. The unpainted divider is an unfinished project that seems to have been forgotten. I will be glad to pay for the paint before the avoidable catastrophe occurs.
