    The alley behind 2401 through 2405 is a mess again. These rental properties generate a mess. it gets cleaned up and no time is bad again. It smells bad, too, as the garbage cans are overloaded.

    Two torn, over stuffed sofas were dumped on the sidewalk near the curb. They're in front of apartment house.

    A sofa, and lots of trash, has piled up in an alley way behind 2401 Grove Avenue. It's on the Stafford street side of the building. Like a magnet, the trash has attracted more trash. The cans haven't been emptied either. It's a mess. I live around the corner from this place and have seen it get worse and worse.

    2400 Floyd Ave Richmond, Virginia - The Fan
    This sidewalk is very uneven. I fell over it while walking my dog TEN years ago and broke my arm. It's never been fixed though it was reported at that time. The major portion sidewalk on the 2400 Floyd side has been replaced but this part around the corner hasn't.

    Three large flat cardboard boxes that were used to hold large scale photo graphs. Too big to put in trash cans and too hard for us old people to cut or fold up. And a picture and a rolled up rug. Again too big for us old people to pick up.
