17 bags of bagged yard leaves not picked up on my regular weekly trash pick up which is on Thursday. I had 17 bags of leaves all neatly bagged and bags folded for easy pick up sitting next to my trash bins. The trash was taken but not one of the bags of leaves were taken. I have now sat the bags to the side of my driveway, where I normally sit the trash bins.

The city street light in the front parking lot of the apartment building at 2959 Park Street has burned out. The pole has a number F2947 on a tag hanging on the wires connected to the pole.

Broken and extremely uneven sidewalk. Has been broken for years.
The sidewalk is on Hamilton Ave between Church and Park St. It is parallel to a backyard on Hamilton but the front of the house sits on the corner of Church and Hamilton Ave.

Freshly poured concrete poured on February 11, 2019 and some inscribed in the concrete Liitle John. This is for a sidewalk partially on my property and 1749 West Hamilton Ave. Please, Please repair. It looks horrible.
