Absent landlord. House falling apart. Weeds over a foot high. Citation is still on the door from last time.

Construction site removed our Speed Limit sign. Its already bad enough with speeders but the cops can't even cite them if there's not a posted sign. Been this way for 4 weeks or longer.

This space has had running water all over it for a couple of weeks. We saw what we think was a crew working on it last week but if it was a repair it didn't stay repaired.

Damaged telephone pole. Duro tree services, who regularly damage people homes and yards with their equipment, swiped the telephone pole near our house with their Bobcat and took a chunk out of it. I can check for video on this if needed.

Broad and Lumpkin.

Power out for as many blocks as I can see from our home.

Block of Semmes between Connelly and Grove. Sidewalk is so broken and overgrown as to be impassable and hazardous. I tripped on the broken, uneven chunks of pavement here that are unsecured by overgrowth.

This absent property owner just can't seem to keep the grass cut. Can you please contact bim... again? Thanks.

Grass uncut and getting out of control. It would be nice if this could be fixed before it really gets bad.

Grass 2 feet high. gutter falling off. Cable line dangling in middle of sidewalk. absentee landlord, I'm guessing.

Can we get an update on this roofless mess? There have been complaints on this house for at least 3 years, maybe even 5.

Please verify that this is a candidate for 50 worst properties in East Point.

No roof. Construction debris for years. Structural rot. Vermin. Our neighborhood deserves better than this.

Grass and we2dsare as high as 2 feet tall on this abandoned property.

Illegal street racers ran over our speed limit sign. Again. Corner of Broad and Semmes.

Power is out at Broad and Lumpkin

This is on Grove ave off of semmes. The broken telephone pole East Point said they would get right on over a week ago is now close to breaking and taking down the wires with it.

Looks like a car hit a telephone pole. Small piece of a car exterior is here as well. lone is down, pole is broken, dug up and leaning.

City of East Point trucks tear through our neighborhood at breakneck speeds and do not stop for stop signs. We have kids and pedestrians who walk through this intersection and this continued behavior by city vehicles puts them at risk. Video available by request.
