    Rain gutter at roof edge of south east corner of JLAC boathouse directly above Bay #1 is clogged and does not drain into rain gutter leader. This causes rain gutter to overflow directly above boat bay entry.

    Jack London Aquatic Center Boat Bay #1 door lock issues: on Saturday June 4 the tumbler lock on the door into EBRC ground floor boat bay stopped working. Key would not turn in the lock. We tried multiple keys. Since this was on a Saturday we were forced to call a mobile lock service to get the lock working. He removed a part from the lock, which does not appear to affect lock function. Door is now secure but needs inspection. The removed part will be taped to the inside of the door in an envelope.
