Again we have the same problem with this lady. The owner of townhome B does not even live there she rents it out to Airbnb. She still has not provided a city authorized trash bin. Her guest mount trash and leave it open with torn bags and trash inside the recycling bin with open trash and leftover food. Trash spills over onto the ditches. This is not only an eyesore but will attract rodents. This woman is responsible for what happens on her property. This particular trash has been there for days open and exposed. Tomorrow is trash day and like always they will pass over it because it’s not an authorized garbage receptacle.

Please look closely at the Google aerial picture. This has been a condemned BURNT building that has yet to be demolished. This building has been standing over 10 years in this condition. With a caved in roof. It is attracting rodents, homeless, and drug addicts. Is it because the son was running for city Council that you choose to turn a blind eye. But if I had a sign posted outside my business without a permit you guys would show up within a week to fine me.

For the past 3 weeks I have standing water in these culvert roadside ditches. There is no debris in there but there is construction on both sides of my home and I don't know if these builders are affecting the drainage. There are mosquitos breeding in these waters. Please help. I am in unit B town home but my neighbors in unit A also seems to have the same problem.
