Running water coming out of ground to left of driveway of 64 Woodlawn st E Taunton and icing over road down to Spruce st to Garden St

Pothole around manhole where cement is broken away and people are driving around it endangering on coming traffic

This culdesac is breaking up more and more and when the snow flies, the crumbling blacktop will end up plowed into the sidewalk... is there any possibility of some type of repair before the snow season? Thanks for your attention

Please have whatever DPW department be aware that the growth from the vacant lot at pole #11 Woodlawn st is in some serious need of clearing from the sidewalk... I hope this request gets a better action than my previous request for the street sweepers to clear the culdesac ... I ended up cleaning it myself with a leaf blower, wheelbarrow and broom after getting no action

TDPW... these photos were taken on 1/06/19 in the area of 54and 64Woodlawn St East Taunton
The area shown is the very same area I reported about 12/10/18 as having running water from beyond 64 Woodlawn St... your attention to my report of a possible leak was repaired about 12/13/18 or thereabouts...I have been away during the time of the repair and am now home to further report what appears as a leak in the almost same area where the water turned into thick ice. I believe the leaking area causing a smaller ice problem is coming from below the road surface in front of the driveway of 64 Woodlawn St.. thank you for your prompt attention to the prior issue and hope you can remedy the current issue

This pic was taken on 12/10/18... evidently the sander has been out here to apply salt... there is constant water running from the area above 64 Woodlawn st apparently coming from below the blacktop surface.. this has been an ongoing problem that needs the attention of someone that can get to the root of the source whether it’s a leaking water line or a misplaced drainage system... it must be know to DPW if they sent a sander out when every other street in town is dry

I’m not sure what this puddle is but it has appeared after the excavation of the leaking water line repair on Tuesday 8/28/18... it appears to
me it is where the water feed for 88 Woodlawn St is off off the main line.. this pic was taken Wednesday about 3:00 pm... just trying to be of any help.... Joe Vasconcellos
