    The house appears to be abandoned and the pool has become green with live items swimming in it. In addition, there are a lot of mosquitos around the pool area and we afraid it poses a health hazard to other homes in the area, including in our own back yard.

    a house converted into 4 units with 7 people totalled living there, with a 900 gallon septic tank. tank has been pumped twice in the last month due to waste water seeping up from the tank. leech field was increased but it didn't fix the problem of bathrooms not functioning properly, waste water seepage has increased to become a large puddle spanning the entire front of the residence. it seeps up, drains down and seeps up again causing both unsafe environment and awful smell in the area. tenants no longer have the use of toilets and showers. toilets wont flush and some units have had waste back up into their units. this has been going on for 2 months now and the owner doesn't seem to concerned with it. he has hired laborers to increase the leech field to no avail, pumped the tank twice in the last month and allowed these conditions for long periods before minimal action is taken. at the time of this inquiry, it has been 8 days without any attempt to remedy. there are small children and animals on the property and the water source is well water. please help!!
