There is a large magnolia tree on the corner of 28th and Grace st that constantly sheds leaves. Every thursday a man comes with a leaf blower and blowes leaves out into the street. Our streets were cleaned last week and within 20 minuets were full of these leaves. These homeowners need to rake up the leaves instead of polluting the whole neighborhood.
