A car ran over the street sign at the corner where the end of Baileycroft Dr intersects with Strickland Road. The mangled street sign is lying on the verge at that point and needs to be replaced with a new, upright, street sign.

The street sign at the corner of Lynwood Ln and Rockdale Dr wound up facing the wrong way after new home construction - currently Lynwood Lane is identified as Rockdale Dr and Rockdale Dr is identified as Lynwood Lane.

After completing work in this area - your crew left behind a large, portable, orange "Road Closed Ahead" sign. A neighbor has moved the sign out of the road and hidden it behind the monument with the subdivision name on the south side (closest to Crabtree) of Belmont Valley Ct. Please pick up your sign before the landscaper throws it away.

In front of this address - and north and south of this address - the grass between the sidewalk and curb has grown completely over the curb and onto the street -- blocking vision of the curb for safe driving and obstructing whatever storm drains are under the grass. I do not know if a street crew or a storm drain crew needs to fix this problem. While in this area -- the problem is occurring elsewhere - such as in front of 5909 Falls of Neuse.

An intersection warning sign has been knocked down and needs to be reinstalled.

Directly behind 8408 Strickland Road is 112 Chatterson Drive. Next to the mailbox for that address, someone has removed the metal cover over the storm drain leaving a large opening that is a danger and major safety issue for walkers, cyclists, and children. In addition, the open hole is being filled by debris. The metal cover for the storm drain is sitting on the grass behind the storm drain and simply needs to be put back in place to cover the large opening. I have no idea who removed the cover or why they removed it.

At that address, there is a covered bus shelter with a City of Raleigh information sign lying on the ground behind the bus shelter. I do not know who took the sign down and hid it behind the bus shelter, but it needs to be picked up and reinstalled near the corner of Falls of Neuse Road and Spring Forest Road. Thank You. In addition, the contractor installing fiber optic cable along Strickland Road turned the sign at Strickland Rd and Bournemouth Drive 90 degrees so now the street names on the sign incorrectly identify the streets. Please fix that sign so the street names are correctly aligned with the streets. Thank You.

At the front corner of 2115 Manuel St -- where Manuel meets Ridge Road -- the street sign for Manuel St and Ridge Rd is lying on the ground - someone knocked it over. Please reinstall this road marker so that people can locate Manuel when driving on Ridge.

Newton Road recently reopened after repairing storm damage. With the road work completed, please remove the "Road Work Ahead" sign that was placed on Newton Road at the intersection of Newton and the rear entrance to the Cruizers that is located at 7220 Six Forks Road. The sign is no longer needed.

Newton Road reopened after repairing storm damage, but you left behind two Road Closed, Detour, People Working signs that are no longer needed and could cause confusion. Driving FROM Falls of Neuse TO Six Forks, there is a Road Closed/Detour sign diagonally across the street from the intersection of Willow Run Drive South and Newton Road.
