    The new LED street lights need to either be shielded or swapped for another tone. Although these new lights may be regulated by a DOT standard, it seems reasonable that the DOT would have a variety of standards relative to context so that dense neighborhoods with one way streets and 25 MPH speed limits would not require the same lumens as a 4-lane thorough fare (i.e. Park Dr should not need the same light as Western Blvd or even Hillsborough St).
