One sprinkler head is completely broken, another poorly aimed, and that's just what I could see from the dmv line. Water is being wasted moistening the sidewalk.

The bike rack at the DMV in Concord is really insecure, the rods that you're supposed to lock your bike to are so easy to break, literally half of them are missing. The only secure way to lock my bike is top the side of the rack, so it really only fits two bikes. Also, I'm pretty sure I have the rench to disassemble this thing, so yeah... not everyone who goes to the dmv has can drive, for example people who are getting their first license. I chose to ride my bike for exercise.

There is a metal guard rail in the middle of the sidewalk path between two parts of Bethany lane, blocking wheel chairs, strollers, bikes, and even anyone a little rounder then average. There is a very narrow gap to walk through.

Shrubs and trees from the bart tracks are growing into the shoulder of the road that is used by bicyclists. Offenders include a pepper tree, many oleanders (poisonous), and a couple young oaks.
