    this location has two "guard dogs" outside with nowhere to go. they are just out on the concrete in 50 degree weather. It is animal abuse. I called police non emergency line and was on hold for 30 minutes and got disconnected. Nobody ever picks up so wondering where I could report this.

    Huge amount of trash and growing everyday. Started with one tent. Now there are 3 tents and I see people going in and out, doing drugs. One woman walks around in bra talking to herself. Keeps getting worse and worse and garbage pile keeps getting bigger. Called Oakland Police 4 times over past 2 months and they have done nothing about it. Just say "they will go take a look" but they next day there is more garbage. New tent and more garbage set up across street a few days ago. Turning into a homeless encampment.
