  • Hancock St. & Russell Park Quincy, MA - Quincy

The pedestrian signal at Hancock St. and the entrance to the MBTA station does strange things: During one cycle, there is no countdown with the flashing red hand. During another cycle the countdown displays 10 then immediately turns solid red.

This malfunction, along with the already identified issues with signal timing (see https://seeclickfix.com/issues/3124056-traffic-sign-crosswalk) make for a very dangerous situation. The Traffic Department needs to address these issues ASAP.
