    This is in ref to your response on Service Request 18--00621205. I have provided a snap shot of the tree box area after heavy rain. Could you please show this picture to your supervisor? This is the reason why I wanted concrete instead. Neighbors can not believe this is what DDOT recommended. I am 70 years old.

    Tree was planted a couple of days ago but as you can see from the picture they did not fill the entire area with mulch. Since the tree that I did not request must stay there can they complete the job by filling the entire area with mulch so that no one will stumble on the rocks. Thanks

    Previous request number 18-00408895 requested concrete in tree box area not a tree. I am 70 years old and do not want the maintenance of raking leaves etc in front of my property. I just had a tree removed from my backyard which grew behind my privacy fence. This is too much work for a Senior. I am not sure who requested it but it wasn't me so please remove it and put concrete. Thanks. Requests from me only comes by the way of email.

    I put in a request to have sidewalk filled in with concrete but a tree with mulch was put there instead. I do not want a tree in front of my property nor did I request it. Please remove it and put it where someone requested it. See ticket number 18-00408895 dated August 20, 2018.

    The problem is the tree box area. The tree box area was fixed in May 8th 20016 Ticket No 16-00495825. Additional dirt was put down to raise it with the sidewalk but it has sunken again because my neighbor tripped and fell today. I would like the tree box filled in with concrete to blend in with the sidewalk so no one else falls.

    This was done by the contractors who were working on the house. This was closed out on May 30 at 8:07 am. No one came to pickup the contractor bags. See Service Request No 18-00270633 marked closed per the email that was sent to me.
