    I'm questioning whether or not the pedestrian signal button right by Subway (on Chapel and State) is working at the moment. The past few times I have tried to cross Chapel, I did not receive a pedestrian cross signal even though I had pressed the button multiple times.

    It seems that the pedestrian signal button by Elm City Market is working, though. Would someone mind checking this out?

    P.S. Even when it was clear that the buttons were working, pedestrians still had to wait an *excessive* amount of time to receive the right of way.
