    Due to the increased traffic at the Victoria and Jefferson intersection (while Randolph is under construction) we need a flag person directing traffic, especially when school gets out. The back ups from more traffic than the intersection can handle have caused confusion, huge delays, and I'm sure it's only a matter of time before accidents occur.
