There are 3 (possibly) burned-out streetlights on Railroad Ave between 12th St and 13th St in Armory Park near Downtown: one on each corner and one in the middle. The lights have been out upwards of six months, and this presents an ongoing safety concern for this section of Railroad. Recently the neighbors and I have reported to the police fights, drug use, and robbery happening along this section of Railroad - the darkness certainly isn't helping.

It seems as though the streetlights on the corners are occasionally on but not always. Perhaps there is a timing issue with those. The light in the middle is definitely burned out.
