I live across from Harp and Fidel in a high rise and I am on the 10th floor. Every Friday night, Harp & Fiddle has a dj playing music outside until 2am. Last night my bed was vibrating from the music being played so loud and it is like this every Friday, not only could I feel the vibrations I could hear every lyric of the songs as if I were down there in the bar myself - this can't be legal can it? If they are going to play music at such a loud level shouldn't they have to be inside where the sound can be more contained? or stop playing at an earlier time than 2-3am? I just moved to Nashville a few weeks ago so I am not sure if there are grounds for a noise complaint here or not. Any information or help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
