    Dangerous intersection for pedestrians. Intersection of 40th St and Howe street only has stop sign for 40th St. Cars travel through intersection on Howe at high rate of speed in both directions. Cars turning left onto Howe from eastbound 40th St have no visibility of pedestrians crossing Howe at 40th. It's a high pedestrian area. I've witness many near-misses, and have been clipped by car mirrors. Consider stop signs on Howe St in both directions at intersection of 40th/40th St way @ Howe.
