The back yard/deck area is overloaded with trash. There are parties at this property every weekend, which only makes it worse. Last summer I had a problem with rats under my shed because of the food and filth left in their yard from summer parties. I have legitimate concerns about the children playing in their yard.

This property is currently being rehabilitated and has a dumpster on site. However, almost everyday debris (insulation, vinyl siding pieces etc) from the dumpster and site end up in mine and others' yards. Today I picked up a small piece of insulation and placed it back into their dumpster. However, a construction worker felt the need to scream at me "Are you serious!?!" a couple of times as he was leaving in his car, including backing up the car as though he was going to return and confront me. I'm not sure if he is a worker or an owner of the property, but I should not have to tolerate threatening behavior from him because I'm cleaning up after their mess. While I'm happy there is improvement being made in the neighborhood, I don't feel that the neighborhood should have to clean up after them. I would love to see the Building Inspector or someone address to the owner(s) the issue of keeping a clean construction site. It would be very much appreciated!
