    While turning right/ north onto 14th from E Franklin/Bank a pothole catches the tire exactly where one must stay in the right lane for turning. Been there 4-6 months or more.

    3051-3199 Hermitage Road Richmond, Virginia - The Diamond
    Under the overpass of I-95/I-64 where motorists northbound-95/ westbound-64 exit to Boulevard, I believe it is Exit 78. Turning south onto Hermitage one encounters a cluster of dips and rough holes approx 3 ft x 6 ft, although it is hard to tell since it's dark under the overpass. The darkness also prevents the motorist from seeing the hole until too late, blinded from daylight just before encountering the problem
