The unregistered, unlicensed van is back here again. CB14, please know that there are two nearly identical vans usually parked here. The newer model one has plates and is registered. The older model van does not have plates and is unregistered. Please also know that the van can only enter the side yard and park here by driving over the sidewalk. There is no curb cut that makes this place accessible. Totally unsafe. The side yard here is also full of junk, piles of bricks, engine fluids, etc.
