Despite a very mild winter, during the 1 major snow strorm, the snow plow did extensive damage to both the tree lawn and section of the asphalt sidewalk. The plow raised up tree roots and sections of the sidewalk. i tried regrading myself but section of the tree lawn need to be filled with loam and grass. Not sure about sidewalk. Also since a curb bern was installed as part of the street being repaved all of that was ripped out. Can someone help me. Thank you
