    This abandoned property has been the subject of repeated complaints to LCI and no action has been taken in over 2+ years. It is blighted and sad to say, is an historic property, although not in the historic district. Claudio, the owner, paved the read, but has done NO work on the house in over the year he has owned it. LCI ignores this property and the neighborhood's concerns. We want action now!! Next step is to go to the Mayor directly.

    There is only one barrel for waste and it is over flowing. It was NOT emptied last week and is often over looked. 2 barrels are needed and weekly pick ups help maintain cleanliness of the canoe ramp area.

    Ziggy's Pizza is in the Historic District and the owner has been asked to remove his signs. He said he will comply IF someone tells him he has to. The Historic District Commission has not responded to complaints. This signage is prohibited in an HDC.

    The signs in the window are in violation of the Historic District Ordinance and the Buildings Dept. should order their removal.
    2nd item: perpetual trash from Ziggy's to H & D Market. Owners should clean up daily as the neighbors are tired of doing it .

    Trash barrels have been removed and trash is all over the ground. The cement boat ramp has been broken and is hazardous. The area needs a clean up of debris and weeds. This is my 2nd report.

    Cars continue to speed along this narrow, 2 way street. They ignore pedestrians waiting to cross, contrary to state law which says they must stop and let pedestrians cross.
    I guess they are going too fast to see people
    A few days of police monitoring might solve the problem.
    Olive St. is soon to be a bike path to the waterfront.
