    The city drainage ditch between the properties on Shell Road is in dire need of cleaning. It has not been cleared since last year. The ditch is overgrown, I've seen rats, snakes, and other creatures. There is standing water which is increasing the amount of mosquitoes. With hurricane season reaching its peak, this needs to be addressed ASAP.

    Neighbor has built a dam in the drainage ditch to block the water from going to the city drainage. It's causing the water in the adjoining yards not to drain. There are also pumps that are pumping mud into the sewer system.

    There are chunks of asphalt in the roadway right as you exit Northampton Blvd, causing cars to swerve to miss them. Chunks are large enough to damage a tire or car.
