This residence appears to be vacant. The sidewalk is treacherous for ASH school children who have to walk it every day. It is nearly right next door to the school. The landlord should be fined.

House put 2 tvs to the curb earlier today. City of Albany does not pick up tvs. They have other junk piled on top of them now. I am fearful with the middle school nearby starting tomorrow that kids might try to smash them-and they contain harmful chemicals. Please address with homeowners.

Every morning around 6am 1-2 small yipee dogs are let out into a fenced area of their yard. They then start to bark and bark and bark and bark until the owner (at least an hour+ later at times) lets the dogs back in. The barking is ear piercing and wakes up our entire family every morning. Please HELP!

Even though there are "NO Through Traffic" Signs posted cars ZIP through here on a daily basis (to avoid traffic signals) walking school children in the area of the elementary school & playground there are in danger. Cars park up there for school pick-up/tennis court/playground usage on a daily basis. Cars then shoot out a 100mph onto either Delaware Ave or Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Blvd causing dangerous traffic situations. I do often see police "hiding" on this road to catch other speeders-but what about those who drive down SAID road? NOT a public road!!
