the traffic light on this corner no longer triggers for elbo lane. vehicles sit & sit even when there's no cross traffic. last week I timed the red light once at 1:16 and the next day at 1:27. why do we have to wait a minute and a half for the light to turn green? this is very inconvenient. I go through this intersection at least four times a day. it's been going on for more than a month. please have someone fix the light. I'm not the only frustrated person sitting there. and sitting...and sitting...
