1600–1606 Sutter St Vallejo CA 94590, United States - Vallejo
It’s getting to the point where this intersection is going to be nothing but a big pothole if the city doesn’t do something about it. They are getting wider and deeper by the day.

    1) Property has been vacant since January 2021—per last SCF report, owner was moving in. THIS HAS NOT OCCURRED as of this report. The home is now attracting dangerous activities. On 3/14/22 a vehicle was abandoned and lit on fire in front of the home, likely because it appears vacant. [Photo in comments.]
    2) Two mature trees were removed from the front yard—likely without a permit. Please see the 'before' photo from Google Street View in 2017 in the comments. The trees were even larger and more mature when removed.

This is a re-post because the 2 previous reports have not been resolved.

Aside from the above, the vacancy is especially troubling to neighbors given the recent squatting and arson fire in the house across the street, which was only vacant for 1 month whilst it was being managed and renters were being arranged.

This is a very concerning situation and as the owner is hostile toward neighbors cannot be addressed/resolved by other residents.

In the north and south-bound direction on Sonoma Blvd at Redwood, there are 2 left-turn lanes, for a total of 4 (both ways). There is obviously only room for 3 total (both ways). I wince every time I go through this intersection as a result, fearing that there will be a traffic collision as a result. This cannot be to spec/regulations.
