Does Pinellas County plan to mow right of ways and medians on Belcher Rd. anytime soon? It is an eyesore, just terrible. Hope it gets taken care of soon.

A section of sidewalk in front on 2249 Brandywine Dr., Palm Harbor has sunken and become a trip hazard. A County representative marked a section of the same sidewalk with orange paint some months ago but I have no knowledge of the disposition of the issue. I would consider this a safety hazard as as someone may trip and get hurt. Thank you.

New owners of property at 811 Belcher Rd., Palm Harbor (the southeast corner of CR 39 and Belcher road) have recently moved a very, very large shipping container from a highly visible to a somewhat less but very visible corner of that property. The container is parked behind a wooden gate but is quite visible from both streets and is very unsightly. Is this type of structure allowed? They have also parked a very large boat in the same backyard. It is a very visible eyesore for our neighborhood. They also appear to be operating a business from their house. Thank you

A lot of garbage has been allowed to accumulate over the past 3 weeks and is not being picked up. The pile grows and grows every day. It is a health/safety/enviromental hazard. Please arrange to have it removed and prevented from accumulating further.

Street light does not light in front of 2249 Brandywine Dr., Palm Harbor

The sidewalk in front of our home has heaved, sections have raised up and become a safety hazard. Some months ago someone spray painted some damage with orange paint but there has been no news since. The reason I'm reporting this issue now is so that if someone does trip and get injured you will know about it and I can then send them to Pinellas County for liabilty.

I represent Sutton's Ridge HOA and we wish to thin an over populated stand of trees along the sidewalks. I have left at least three phone messages at Code Enforcement seeking information for permits required for tree removal. It is owned by our HOA and want to follow code but no one will respond. I assume that Code Enforcement is not concerned with our project so if we receive no contact within a reasonable time we will proceed using our own best judgement. Thank you

The street in front of 665 Sedgewick Way has sunken. It is clearly visible. Public works personnel made a manhole cover repair in the street very near this pavement damage so they may already be aware of the situation. Thank you.
