There people living there with NO running water the light is being stolen from dte they have no money to fix the house live like pig with the poor helpless dogs yet the inspector report say.they have to fix and yet it is not fix and nothing is done other people get fine and lose.of the property yet she lives like third world country on 5650 howard st detroit 48209 and we as neighbors have to put up with this thrash and the smell the house has no bathroom and no kitchen the house is literally falling down please.get rid of this person in 5650 howard st she has no way of fixing the house yet the inspector do not tell her you.can not.fix the house move out
