Kennah Harcum

This property sold a few weeks ago. The owner has been checking on it and cutting grass, picking up trash, etc every few days. Was just there 2 days ago. Today, someone had pulled out the trash bins for Monday's pick up but furniture, trash, and construction debris on our property. This needs prompt attention.
