A streetlight on the west side of Neil about 1.5 blocks North of Town Center Blvd was still on during bright daylight. All the other nearby lights were off.

Last night, the LED light on the east side of Hazel Park (roughly centered north/south) was flashing off every 3 seconds or so. Another light on the south side of the park near Randolph was doing the same thing, and one near the Neil/Bradley intersection has exposed wires near the bulb.

The green light for the left lane of northbound traffic on Neil was out on Saturday.

There is a buckle in the road that is jarring to drive over.

A mattress was dumped in the alley behind our house

There is a build up of ice across the sidewalk caused by drainage from the police station.

The timing of the traffic signals between Randolph and Walnut appear to be out of sync. In the past, the east and west traffic signals on University at Neil and at Walnut would change at the same time. Now, the Neil signal changes about 7 seconds early which shortens the amount of time available for vehicles to traverse both intersections. Because of this, eastbound traffic is backing up at times past Randolph.

The traffic control box at the NW corner of University and Fourth has a cover panel open which exposes the batteries.

The light at the SE corner of 1st and University is out

I think it was the third light west of 4th on the south side of University. It only had a faint glow in the bulb.

There is a green sign ground on the north side of the viaduct.

the light at the NE corner for northbound traffic appears to have slipped down the pole and tilted.

The streetlight at the SW corner of 4th and Washington is out.

The lights are out on both sides of Park Street from 4th to 6th.

The yellow right turn arrow at the NE corner is out.

The ground next to the sidewalk ramp at the NW corner of 5th and Park has a hole.
