    I submitted a litter complaint ticket #1477820025 on 3/24. I was advised that a zoning inspector visited the site and no problems were found. However, I returned to the location yesterday and the tires, tv and trash were still present.

    I issued a complaints regarding trash in the Right of Way. One was for trash on San Pedro Blvd ticket #14780025. There is trash, concrete construction materials, landscaping materials and as of yesterday household furniture in the Right of Way on San Pedro Blvd. As of yesterday this still had not been addressed. Attached is a photo. I have multiple photos of debris all over the right of way if some one would like to contact me.
