The street light at the northeast corner of Montrose and Astor is out.

Several of the double street lamps on both the north and south side of Main at Cassingham have been out for a least a few weeks.

The mid block streetlight between Charles and Astor (east side of the street) is out.

Montrose between Mound and Astor there are multiple street lights that are not functioning (three I believe).

Crossing the bridge at Alum Creek (north side of Livingston) this weekend we definitely smelled natural gas. Might be worth checking in to.

This tree is, under ideal conditions, very low (poke-your-eye-out height). And any time it is wet it is hit-you-in-the-chest low.

Ever since the site improvements at this location rain water collects on the public sidewalk whenever it rains (east half of the site). If it gets cold - that water then becomes ice. Even if you step off the sidewalk into the lawn that too is totally soaked. There is simply no safe / dry way to use the public right of way here. There is no other spot along Broad that suffers from a drainage issue of this magnitude.

These people have very thoughtfully trimmed their hedge. Remington is a street with no tree lawn and narrow walks. And we run down this street 5 days a week. The extra bit of space they have created makes it more pleasant to use the sidewalk and safer. It's very much appreciated!

There appears to be a cap student parked in front of 875 Montrose Avenue. It hasn't moved for several days.
