    the property owner refuses to trim trees and remove dead leaves and branches outside of his back fence on Maxwell alley which winds up blowing onto carport and in front of garages where I reside across the alley. His oak trees branches actually overhang edge of my carport and get broken off by Recologys garbage trucks.

    Several trash bins in back of church parking lot next to Maxwell alley are not being emptied by Recology. No parking sign below bump sign is not readable needs to be replaced. Homeless people are camping in and around structure behind church.
