    The city fixed a leaking water main last week, but did not fill in the removed dirt and left the orange sign. The dirt was taken offsite so we cannot fill it in ourselves. We contacted DWSD and were left on hold for over 20 minutes.

    No water can pass through this drain. It has been this way for months. Whenever it rains the alley is flooded and no residents are able to use the parking behind their homes. This has been reported multiple times. Our hope is that it can be addressed now while the weather is clear and can easily be investigated.
