I am writing to report a non-functional street light in our neighborhood that has not been working for the past year. The location of the street light is in the cul-de-sac and it is positioned near 9316 Royal Crest Dr.
Since moving to the area, I have noticed that this particular pole light remains unlit during the night, which poses a safety concern for residents and visitors navigating the area after dark. The lack of proper lighting can lead to increased risk of accidents and diminishes the sense of security in our neighborhood.
It is my understanding that the maintenance of street lighting falls under the jurisdiction of the city’s public works department. Therefore, I kindly request that this matter be addressed so that the street light can be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.
