This is a longstanding problem. Cars will use Stanley Ave as a cut through to Main instead of going the 2 streets up to George.

As a result of this, many residents (including children) have been nearly hit. And 2 months ago a driver drove into a house on our road!

We need both (1) Speed Limit:20 signs - the same that on the parallel Frederick Street. (2) Do Not Enter between 7-9am/4-6pm signs, similar to those all over West Medford including Exeter St & Allston St.

It's high time some traffic calming measures be taken here. We have neighbors on foot, bike and in their cars who nearly get hit regularly. And did we mention a car plowed into a house?
