Recycling not picked up on our street at all

Clippings from shrubs have even out there for weeks along with bagged yard waste Today they finally showed up (pickup was supposed to be last week) and picked up JUST THE BAGS by hand and carried them to the truck They left all the unbagged stuff behind

Outside the cart waste was supposed to be picked up today; trucks not even seen in the area Y'all claim you will pick up two bags of yard waste, but two of the three bags have been out over a week and weren't picked up last week

Entire blocks east and west of this address were not picked up today

Missed recycling complaints keep getting closed as “too early.” Submitted twice; both were after 5 pm. You keep telling me it’s too early and closing them and telling me to wait until after 5pm

Reopen complaints. #8479931 and 8480122. Both were submitted after 5 pm. Recycling was not picked up here or anywhere on this block.

Comcast contractor came and trimmed trees along Tanglewood between Evelyn and Elzey, leaving debris on sidewalk and in street on this block When I asked when it was going to be picked up, they claimed "the city picks it up." Twice claimed they worked for "the Utility Company." They were in a white bucket truck marked TRL Rentals, wearing shirts and hard hats that said "American Utilty", and working in cable lines and trimming trees Finally they said they worked for Comcast I asked for the bake of the contractor they worked for, and they kept saying Comcast Finally they said they work for Meadows 2 Construction I googled the company name and according to google the company is permanently closed

SECOND REQUEST. THE FIRST WAS MADE AFTER 5 PM BUT WAS CLOSED STATING IT WAS TOO EARLY AND I NEEDED TO REPORT AFTER 5PM. AGAIN, IT IS AFTER 5 PM AND THE RECYCLING WAS NOT PICKED UP ON THIS BLOCK AT ALL
