Overgrown vegetation in swale that landscapers avoid because of the growth of tall uncut grass. It has been months since it was maintained. It's very unappealing since it's in front of a business.

Tall uncut and vegetated grass has not been maintained for months in swale outside of the Walden Lake community. This has been reported numerous times in the past about the upkeep to these swales being poorly maintained, and it seems that no landscaping service can mow them down. Instead, they mow around them. This makes our front entrance to our community look very unappealing. Also, the Palm trees outside of this same Walden Lake community is in dire need of pruning and trimming. Hope anyone can have these issues resolved.

Street lights have been out since Monday, 9/12. It is very dark and hard for pedestrian/ bicyclists to even walk/ride in the area. The outage on the street lights begins from SW 202nd Ave through US 27. Probably a breaker in the area that caused the outage. Hopefully this gets resolved asap.

Dead palm prongs piled up on uncut grass that landscapers refuse to pick up after they have mowed the swale that's next to the Somerset Academy South school. Area looks unappealing, especially when it's being stacked against the fence.

The area with an issue is located near or on front of the soccer field and west of Bertolini's Pizzeria. The issue is dead Palm Trees leaves laying all over and a large patch of tall grass has been growing where no landscaper has even cut the grass. Also, palm trees from 196th through 202nd avenue are in dire need of pruning. Area looks unappealing. I live 3 blocks from area.

I'm a resident at Walden Lake and I'm concerned about the grass growth that's in the swales in front of the sidewalk along the south side of Pines Blvd between 202nd and 208th. I've seen landscapers trimming palm trees in the area but not cutting the grass. Every time I drive by on my way home, I see how unappealing it looks. However, across the street, on the north side of Pines Blvd in Chapel Trail, the landscaping looks wonderful and well maintained. I wanted to know why it can't look just as good on our side.
