    The neighbors in this cul de sac put small yard trash in plastic bags as required, but it appears that Parke Co is emptying them and leaving the empty black plastic bags on the road. I picked up multiple empty bags last week and recycled them but could you ask them not to do that? It just appears as trash on the road.

    part of the wooden fence on the bike path has fallen down. Also, the end of the concrete curb (that has been repaired previously) that goes to the street has again broken up creating a car hazard everytime they end up in on the bridge
