    Next to the basketball court, in the hockey rink, are a couple of lamps that are not illuminating at night. I'm not sure if the bulbs are burnt out or if the ballasts themselves are damaged.

    There is a No Parking sign on the same side of the street as a Permit Parking Only sign. Last year, parking on Concord Avenue was located on the other side of the street (the even numbered side.) It has since been moved to the odd numbered side of the street in the midst of the recent construction. The appropriate signage indicating Permit Parking was installed, but the old No Parking sign was not removed. A member of your department is writing tickets for cars that are legally parked on Concord Avenue. In the photo you can see the No Parking sign that has yet to be removed, and in the background, the new Permit Parking Only sign.
